Drywall Laborer

Key Responsibilities:


Job Site Cleanup & Support

• Clean and maintain drywall job sites throughout the workday. 

• Pick up and properly dispose of drywall scraps, debris, and other construction materials. 

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of potential safety hazards.

• Assist drywall crews with general labor and jobsite needs as directed.

• Help maintain an efficient work environment so crews can stay on schedule. 


Teamwork & Communication

• Follow instructions and directions from lead supervisors and field management. 

• Work efficiently to support construction schedules and project deadlines. 

• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades on the job

Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, events, and company-provided opportunities.

  • Build relationships with homeowners and identify roofing and exterior remodeling needs.

  • Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration solutions.

  • Present proposals and close contracts while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.

Property Inspections & Customer Consultation:

Journeyman Metal Framer

Key Responsibilities:

Framing & Installation

  • Install heavy-gauge exterior and light-gauge interior metal framing systems for commercial and multi-family construction projects.

  • Measure, cut, and assemble metal studs and track accurately.

  • Lay out walls, ceilings, soffits, shafts, and framing components accurately.

  • Ensure framing is plumb, level, square, and meets project specifications.

  • Operate framing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with foremen and project managers to meet project schedules.

  • Coordinate with drywall crews and other trades to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Identify potential issues and communicate solutions proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 30-yard roll-off truck to deliver, remove, and dump containers.

  • Complete assigned deliveries, pickups, and dump runs efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate would have experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently and a proven track record of following tight deadlines with exceptional quality. Will need to read plans, order materials and talk directly to general contractors.


Qualifications
Experience in construction, preferably in drywall, is a must. Any candidates that have previous experience in drywall running Multi-Family construction will be given preference. No roofing experience? No problem—we provide full training.
