Shop Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team and maintain our high standard of quality and efficiency.


Position Overview

The Shop Manager oversees daily operations of the repair facility, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and top-tier repairs. This role involves supervising technicians, coordinating repairs, managing schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience (light-duty and heavy-duty), strong communication skills, and proven leadership ability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and daily assignments

  • Supervise and support technicians performing light-duty and heavy-duty repairs

  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and fleet managers regarding repair needs, estimates, and timelines

  • Ensure high-quality repairs and adherence to safety standards

  • Diagnose mechanical issues when needed and provide technical support to the team

  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate parts ordering

  • Monitor labor hours, productivity, and efficiency

  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations of shop staff

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck repair

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting preferred

  • Strong understanding of diagnostic processes and repair operations

  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency with repair software, scheduling tools, and workflow management

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • CDL (preferred but not required)

  • ASE or manufacturer certifications (preferred)

Roll Off Driver - CDL B

Springville


Do you like to work alone and enjoy a workday that keeps you busy? If you are a responsible, safe driver, then we have an opportunity for you. KYCO Containers has an immediate need for a Roll-off Truck Driver who can drive 30-yard cans. (CDL B Required)


Responsibilities

· Deliver, Remove, and Dump roll-off dumpsters

· Customer service

· Truck and dumpster maintenance

· Keep records on truck operations and dumpster loads


Qualifications

This position is physically demanding if you like to move around and don’t enjoy desk work this could be a great fit for you. We need someone with good communication skills and customer service. Experience with smartphone applications, portable tablets, and verbal communication is preferred. Being familiar with the different counties along the Wasatch Front is very beneficial or an aptitude to remember different locations that you have visited. If you have an affinity for mechanics, then you would likely excel at some of the troubleshooting that you will encounter as a driver.


Requirements

· Must have or be able to pass DOT Medical exam

· Must have at lease a Class B CDL

· At least 21 years old

· Must be able to drive manual transmission

· Clean driving record, no DUI or Wrecks

· Some mechanical ability highly recommended

· Work phone and truck provided


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

(Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience however, estimated earnings may be as high as 50K with Safety Bonuses, Profit Shares, and Overtime.)



Roll Off Driver 17 Yard

Roofing Foreman

Idaho (Boise)


Are you a driven self-starter that enjoys a mobile office? You might just be a good fit for our Roofing Foreman. Kyco Services, LLC is a full-service drywall and roofing company that is growing and expanding again and has an immediate need for a Roofing Foreman to help keep up with the demand of our customers in the Boise area.


Our ideal candidate would have experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently and a proven track record of following tight deadlines with exceptional quality. Must be able to coordinate materials, inspections, and employee schedules.


Roofing experience is a MUST. Experience in construction and at least a Superintendent level experience is desired. Our Roofing Foreman must be highly skilled in controlling job labor costs and efficient in bringing jobs in under budget. Any candidates that have previous experience in roofing construction will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish 

- Supervise and lead a team of personnel 

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget 

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction 

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed 

- Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment 

- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field 

- Proficiency in roofing, blueprint reading, heavy lifting, construction estimating, restoration, power tools, hand tools, and managing personnel 

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team 

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities 

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
