Commercial Foreman
Idaho (Boise)
Are you a driven, self-starter that enjoys a mobile office? You might be a great fit for our Multi-Family Foreman. KYCO Services is a full-service drywall company, and we are growing again. We have an immediate need for a Commercial Foreman in the Boise area to help keep up with the demand of our customers.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate would have experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently and a proven track record of following tight deadlines with exceptional quality. Will need to read plans, order materials and talk directly to general contractors.
Qualifications
Experience in construction, preferably in drywall, is a must. Any candidates that have previous experience in drywall running Multi-Family construction will be given preference. KYCO Services strives to be the industry leader in customer service, therefore we require a high level of communication with our contractors, employees, and homeowners we serve.

Drywall Warranty Technician
Idaho (Boise)
KYCO Services is growing again and has an immediate job opening for a trustworthy drywall finisher in the Warranty Department. We operate throughout Boise and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
The position touches up and repair damage to drywall in new and existing homes.
Willing to train the right individual, but experience in taping and matching different textures is a plus.
Qualifications
Must be able to communicate well with homeowners and contractors.
Must have a driver's license and clean MVR for a company vehicle.
Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience—the listed wage for journeyman finishers.

Position Overview
As a Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding clients through the inspection, insurance claim, and project contracting process. This is a commission-only role, but top performers consistently earn $100k–$150k+ annually, and new reps can realistically earn $60k+ with training and support.
No roofing experience? No problem—we provide full training.
Sales experience preferred.
What You’ll Do
· Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, events, and company-provided leads
· Conduct property inspections for storm damage or exterior needs
· Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior services
· Assist customers through the insurance claims process (training provided)
· Develop proposals and close contracts
· Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the project
· Meet monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
· Honest, positive, driven, and motivated personality
· Comfortable talking to homeowners and knocking doors
· Strong communication and people skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
· No sales or roofing experience required—but must be eager to learn
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Our ideal candidate would have experience assisting to oversee multiple projects concurrently and a proven track record of following tight deadlines with exceptional quality.
Qualifications
Experience in professional painting and at least a superintendent-level experience is desired. Our Paint Assistant Superintendent must be highly skilled in controlling job labor costs and efficient in bringing jobs in under budget. KYCO Services strives to be the industry leader in customer service; therefore, we require a high level of communication with our contractors, employees and homeowners we serve.
